It is not possible to have more than one personal account within the LANGA applications.

Therefore, if our system detects that you have registered more than one Account in your name, it will carry out a verification to make sure that the owner of both Accounts is the same person. If this is confirmed, one of our technicians will proceed to merge the two Accounts keeping, as a basis, the one that has been registered for the longest time.

For this reason, if you are unable to access your Account and try to circumvent the problem by creating a new one, even if you manage to overcome the blocks during registration, this Account will be merged with the existing one. So, we recommend that you proceed by following the account recovery directions in the previous documentation.
