Retrieve the login information for an Account
If you have forgotten your password or username or are unable to receive verification codes for OTP access, please follow these steps to recover your LANGA Account. This way, you will be able to use services such as eFruit, loweb and purchase on Studios.
Forgot your password?

Click on "Forgot password" and follow the instructions of the application; you may be asked to enter the e-mail address associated with your LANGA Account.

Reset your password when prompted. Choose a strong password that is not yet used for this account.
How do I create a strong password?
Long passwords are more effective, so set a password of at least 12 characters. These tips can help you create longer, easier-to-remember passwords. Try using a variety of words that are meaningful to you and avoid choosing passwords that can be guessed by people you know or people who look at easily accessible information (like your social media profile)
Forgot your e-mail address?

To retrieve the email address linked to your account, make sure you know your Help Code.

If you don't remember it, have a recovery phone number or e-mail address associated with your account handy.

Follow the instructions to confirm that this is your account after clicking on I forgot my e-mail
Someone else is using your Account?
In this case, rely on the instructions to follow in case of possible suspicious activity on your Account.
Are you unable to login for another reason?
In this case, please contact support directly. Our specialists will guide you in recovering your account credentials if possible. Always make sure you have your account credentials at your disposal, including the Help code.
