Subscription services

Within some applications it is possible to sign up to subscription services on a time basis. Subscription information cannot be managed from your Account general dashboard, but you can still view it along with the expiration date. To manage your subscription, you always have to do it within the service.

To view your recurring payments:

  1. Access your LANGA Account

  2. In the menu on the left, click on Orders and subscriptions

  3. Click on Subscriptions and view all the active plans

Managing your automatic payment method

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may need to follow security procedures required by your bank to add or change payment methods. If you are having trouble verifying your payment methods, please contact your bank.

  1. Go in the Subscriptions section within Orders and subscriptions

  2. Find the subscription you want to change and click Edit

  3. Under the card you currently use to make payments, click Change payment method. If you don't see this option, click Manage Payment Methods

  4. Select a new payment method

  5. Click on Save

How to cancel a subscription

If you cancel a subscription, any payments already made will not be refunded. The operation cannot be canceled, but you can always sign up for a new subscription.

Cancel a subscription before its ending

Subscriptions subscribed to our applications are automatically renewed every month, unless you cancel them.

  1. Go to your Account

  2. On the left, click Orders and subscriptions

  3. Select the subscription you want to cancel

  4. Click Manage and then Cancel Subscription

  5. In the confirmation pop-up window, click "Yes"

When you cancel a subscription, you can continue to use it for the remaining period you already paid for. Starting from the following month, the recurring payment will be stopped and the service suspended.
