The level system is designed to never remain fixed, but it was created to be scalable by anyone, with the possibility of always reaping better benefits.
The offer registration incentive is designed to reward collaborators based on their ability to generate demand for LANGA products. Each level corresponds to a discount prospectus, thanks to which it is possible to calculate the potential gain deriving from each sale of LANGA products. It starts from basic percentages, up to a logically higher percentage as you go through the levels.
Who decides the levels?
Based on the results obtained, satisfying a series of requirements that demonstrate a high level of competence and ability in the discipline, the LANGA Administration will decide, if it deems it appropriate, to assign a different level (higher or lower) to the employee.
