Assistance and intervention
LANGA is always at full disposal to support and advise the collaborator free of charge on the best actions to be taken in a commercial negotiation. If a collaborator finds himself in conditions of commercial difficulties and needs dedicated support from the parent company, he can take advantage of a direct intervention by an Account Manager for his final customer. This dedicated and extraordinary support operation involves a cost equal to 5% of the total sold, easily deductible from the collaborator’s commission.
When important technical problems arise and require intervention by our support team, we are always available to request an urgent contact. This request must be submitted by the collaborator on behalf of the client, always communicating his Help code. The intervention will be performed with final communication to the collaborator.
