Non-payment by the final customer

Clarification about payment agreements

The agreements established are always intended between LANGA and the collaborator: no other figure is included. The final customer is to be considered, to all intents and purposes, a customer of the collaborator.

This therefore means that, once the confirmation of the discounted price has been received from LANGA, the collaborator can proceed with the payment in the way he prefers. This also means that the collaborator can wait for the customer’s payment to carry out, in turn, the payment of the order, all taking into account that the LANGA technical department will not start the work until the payment arrives, whether it is complete or the first tranche.

Non-payment by the customer scenario

LANGA is not responsible for delays and/or inconveniences belonging to the aforementioned typology: in this case it will be up to the collaborator to try to solve the problem. In the event that this does not happen and the collaborator decides, on his own accord, to interrupt the processing, the procedure to be followed will be the same as if a customer decides to interrupt a processing that is not yet completed, that is: LANGA is responsible for the liquidation of the compensation and reimbursement of expenses relating to services performed up to the date of suspension.

The collaborator will have to independently manage the relationship with the final customer, reimbursing LANGA for the expenses incurred and paying the fee for the work performed. It is in fact understood that, in the event of early termination of the order contract, all intellectual works created by LANGA will remain the full and exclusive property of the same. In this case it is therefore expressly forbidden to the Client, as well as to third parties, to use these works in any way, without prior authorization from LANGA and the signing of an economic agreement for the granting of the related rights of use and/or property.
