Within the summary of your orders, which you can find in LANGA StudiosDashboard Orders , there is an entry called “Order status”. This indicates the progress of your order and is managed directly by the technical team that takes care of your project. Whenever the order status is changed, you will be notified with an email. Here are the words you might find:

Your order has been received, but we didn't register any payment until now. We are awaiting payment, meanwhile your order remains unpaid.

Your payment attempt failed or was declined (if that, the order is marked as unpaid) or requires authentication (SCA). Please note that this status may not show immediately and instead show as Pending until verified (e.g., PayPal).

Your payment has been received (order is paid correctly) and our stock has been updated; order is awaiting fulfillment. All product orders require processing, except those that only contain products which are both Virtual and Downloadable.

Your order has been fulfilled and completed, that is it requires no further action. Enjoy our product!

We are currently awaiting for your payment – stock is updated, but you need to confirm payment in order to proceed with your order.

The order has been canceled by an admin or the customer itself – stock is automatically increased, no further action is required.

If you requested a refund, this status means that this order has already been refunded by an admin, so no further action is required.

Awaiting action by the customer to authenticate the transaction and/or complete SCA requirements.
